Use of the website does not establish a provider-patient relationship — that is formed only through appropriate consultation, documentation, and acceptance of services per professional standards.

2. Eligibility & Minor Bookings

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to independently use our Services.

If you schedule services for a minor:

You represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
You accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
You assume full responsibility for the minor’s compliance with these Terms and for all treatment decisions.

Additional parental consent documentation may be required prior to providing services.

3. Electronic Communications Consent

By using our Services and providing your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from House of Esthetics, including:

Appointment confirmations
ReceiptsNotices

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. Medical Disclaimer

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method provided.

7. Payments & Financial Authorization

Payments may be processed through integrated payment systems such as Stripe or other secure processors.

By providing payment information, you:

Authorize House of Esthetics and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Agree that unpaid balances may be charged to your provided method.

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by our practice’s in-office policies.

8. Equipment & Access Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the hardware, software, internet access, and devices needed to use the Services. House of Esthetics is not responsible for technical malfunctions or connectivity issues that may interfere with your access.

9. De-Identified Data

To the extent permitted by law, House of Esthetics may use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated data for internal analytics, research, reporting, service improvement, and business insights. Such data will not identify individual clients.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, images, videos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of House of Esthetics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.
