Atley Horn, CRNP

Atley is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certified Injector and owner of FX Med Spa and House of Esthetics. She takes pride in education, ensuring all clients understand their treatment plan from start to finish. Her work can be described as methodical and natural, and allows for clients to look and feel like their best selves.

Rachel Militello, RN

Rachel Everly is a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector. Rachel obtained her Bachelors in Nursing from Bloomsburg University in 2019. Throughout Rachel’s career, she has worked as a Critical Care ICU nurse. She started her journey and love for injectables in 2022. Experience in many backgrounds of nursing has given her the opportunity to meet and take care of all types of patients. Rachel’s goal as an injector is to create a comfortable and exciting space for everyone looking to achieve their aesthetic and skin goals. I want my patients to feel heard, leave educated, and keep your natural beauty- just enhanced. I can’t wait to help you achieve your goals at House of Esthetics!
